We are currently seeking a IT Service Management Solutions Architect to work on-site in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area/ Oklahoma City, OK / or Atlantic City, NJ.


  • Lead workshops with CIT technical leads and management to gather technical and operational details needed for the design of the solution
  • Coordinate the vendor’s technical consultants to design the architecture of the solution
  • Lead the vendor’s technical consultant team to deliver the solution as per the agreed design
  • Interface with existing vendors for any technical issues related to integrations of the platform to the existing monitoring and ITSM tools
  • Coordinate the documentation of the work and reporting to regarding the project deployment
  • Responsible for the quality of the implementation
  • Responsible for technical project management and ensuring timely delivery of the solution


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
  • 10+ years of experience in a senior level architecture position in an enterprise level environment.
  • Perform other duties as required and assigned.



  • Knowledge and experience with government clients/environments


Candidates will be subject to a government background investigation and must meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information. U.S. Citizenship is required.
