We are currently seeking a Deputy Program Manger to work on-site in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area/ Oklahoma City, OK / or Atlantic City, NJ.


  • Provides expertise in life-cycle management of computer applications.
  • Meets with customers for clarification of functional requirements and modifies system design documents.
  • Translates user requirements into broad system requirements and specifications.
  • Analyzes new system requirements against existing applications and the operational computer environment, and makes sound recommendations for the implementation of applications, processes, as well as for changes to any existing environment components.
  • Analyzes requirements, possible solutions, costs and risks and develops recommendations for implementation including a business case analysis. Recommendations are based on sound IT principles, after looking at existing hardware and software, review of applicable ATO, Center, agency or department policies, review of new or proven technologies, as well as cost benefit analyses.
  • Develops or modifies existing service level agreements that specify the relationship between the IT organization and the customer.
  • Develops and maintains project plans that specify tasks, schedules, resources and progress towards completion. Responsible for managing complex IT projects often encompassing multiple simultaneous efforts, competing resources, and changing strategic initiatives.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • PMP certified.
  • ITIL v3 Certified
  • 5+ years’ experience of project implementation (OR 5+ years experience in the IT Field may be substituted for a degree)
  • Manage projects to include allocation of resources, budget tracking and status reports.
  • Prepare project cost estimates to include but not limited to, labor, travel, equipment and software.
  • Write technical proposals and review proposals for technical integrity, quantification of risk, and strategic direction.
  • Report client responsibilities.
  • Perform other duties as required and assigned.



  • Knowledge and experience with government clients/environments


Candidates will be subject to a government background investigation and must meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information. U.S. Citizenship is required.
